My current job totally CMI

My current job totally CMI(cannot make it). It's leading me to having tight budget.

What happen is that for my job, I was told that every end of the month we will get our pay.
At the end of March, I went to check my bank. I thought that I will have march's pay but then after that i realize I only got the pay for Feb which is very little(cos i only start work at around end of Feb).
Then i went to ask my in-charge. She say, for our company you will only get pay one month later. means the total number of days you work for Feb u can only get all the pay at the end of march, for March's pay you can only get all the pay at the end of April.
Which I think this whole system is very CUI.
